15 Years Later, Gov Abdulrasaq Name Kwara Poly Auditorium After Former Late Gov Lawal

The Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq has named the Kwara State Polytechnic Auditorium after the late Governor of the state, Alhaji Mohammed Alabi Lawal in commemoration of his death.
In a press statement signed and made available to pressmen in Ilorin on Tuesday by the Governor’s Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye said the late governor deserved to be honour for his prudence and active governance when he was the governor of the state.

“I join the people of the state to remember a man of honour who died sticking to his patriotic beliefs. He was a valiant leader who touched the lives of the masses in every part of the state within available resources.

“I am glad to see our people honour him at all times for the the love he had for kwarans. ‘Omo Laderin’ was truly stood for what was right against all odds,” AbdulRazaq confirmed.
