Aggrieved Members Of APC, PDP May Form New Party – Hon. Saheed Popoola

A Member Representing Balogun/Ojomu constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Saheed Popoola has disclosed that some aggrieved members of People’s Democratic party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) likely form a new party before 2023 general elections.

The Offa born APC politician made the disclosure while featuring on a Radio Nigeria Harmony F.M programme, Idofihan monitored by our correspondent in Ilorin on Tuesday viewed that both PDP and rulling APC may become dead party if care is not taken.

He also disclosed that the former Senate President, Senator Abubakar Bukola Sarak invited him to his house in Lagos for political talk three weeks ago and he was given a monatary gift after the visit.
“No permanent enemies in politics but permanent interest”, he said.

The lawmaker observed that before 2023 both aggrieved members from the ruling APC and opposition PDP may float a new political party in 2023 elections, hinted that both Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki and Ahmed Bola Tinubu may likely fused together to form a strong party in Nigeria.


He however, Appologised over his comments on AGF Rassq’s family said it was sleep of tongue, explaining that he could not acussed the family of Alhaji AGF Abdulrazaq family for just no cause but he can only react to the wrong doing of the governor.


The Lawmaker debunked the rumore making round that he is aspiring for a seat at the national assembly in the forthcoming 2023 elections.
