Kwara Central Grassroots Model Initiative Inaugurates New Exco.

A non political organisation, Kwara Central Grassroots Model Initiative movement chapter has inaugurated it’s executives to run the affairs of the forum for next four years in Ilorin the Kwara State Capital on Sunday.

In his address at the ceremony, the representative of the state chapter of the forum, Alhaji Kawata Hassan said the group was purely non governmental and political organisation borne out for a new approaches to politics in Kwara State.

He said the new ideals is to actualize the new agenda during the second quarter of the year 2019 with series of conferences involving the like minded people from various communities across the state to identify the way forward.

He explained that deliberation resolved to adopt the grassroots concepts based on the premise to a sustainable equitable, prosperous economic development of the state.

Hassan disclosed the the vision of the forum is to make Kwara State a shine example in the execution of good governance where full potentials of every one at the grassroots will be nurtured.

He added that the goals of the forum is to collaborate with individuals, corporate organisations and government at all levels to establish sustainable equitable distribution of empowerment programme to the most vulnerable beneficiaries at the grassroots levels across the state.

Dr commended various individuals and organisations that had donated to the empowerment programme of the forum such as scholarship, skill acquisition and cash to the needy people at the grassroots.

pr however, appealed to public spirited individuals, corporate organisations, and government at all levels to partner with the forum to uplift the living standard of the most vulnerable in the societies.

He promised to assist the forum on the programme that would benefit the poor people at the grassroots, assuring that his door is widely open for any organisation that ready to change the life of ordinary man on the streets for better.

Ho further said that is not necessary to be in government before you can help the lesspriviled people in the society, stressing that with dedication and determination people can change the world for better.

Also speaking at programme, Hajia Ramatallahi Oba-Ajara charged women serve as counselor for their children at tender age to guide them into the right path in life.

She advised the parents to bring their children close to them for positive advice, lamenting that most children became hoodlums due to lack of parental cares.

ceremon in his sermon at the event, Ustaz Abdulrazaq Aremo advised leaders in country to give youth political chance to lead, stressing that the slogan of youth are the leaders of tomorrow is just on their lips.

He urged them to always assist the lesspriviled ones in the society as those that are blessed are refusing to assist others will not receive God’s favour.
