Kwara Gov Mourns Khalifah Yusuf Al-Agbaji’s Death

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the Zumuratul-Mumeen worldwide on the passing of their Grand Khalifah Sheikh Abdullahi Yusuf (Al-Argbaji).

The Governor described the death of the scholar as another end of a great era and a painful depletion in the ranks of committed Muslim proselytisers from Ilorin Emirate.

“On behalf of the government of Kwara State, I send our solemn condolences to the entire Agbaji community of Ilorin Emirate, the Muslim fold across the country, especially the Zumurah which he graciously led for years, the Council of Ulamah, and the immediate family of the great scholar,” the Governor said.

“I pray Allah, the Everlasting and the Living, to grant Sheikh Abdullahi Yusuf Al-jannah Firdaus, comfort his families, and to unite and keep the ummah on the path of righteousness.”
