Kwara Gov Names Atiku AbdulSalam As Special Adviser Civic Engagements


Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has appointed Mallam Atiku Bahinda Abdulsalam, an All Progressives Congress chieftain from Kaiama Local Government, as Special Adviser on Civic Engagements.

This was contained in a press statement signed and made available to newsmen in Ilorin on Tuesday by the Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Rafiu Akakaye.


A polyglot, the appointee holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from Kwara State University and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Kwara State Polytechnic, among others.

He speaks Bokobaru, Fulfude, Hausa, Yoruba, and English.

Abdulsalam was Director Youths of the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Campaign Organisation (Kwara North). He had held various political offices in the past. He is the Secretary of the Kwara North APC Stakeholders.
