Kwara Gov Symphatizes With KWHA Clerk Over Husband’s Death


Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has Symphatized with the Clerk of the State House of Assembly Hajia Halima Kperogi on the death of her husband, Alhaji Salihu Aliyu Kperogi who died on Friday night.


Governir in a condolence message signed and made available to newsmen by the Governor Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye on Saturday, described the incident as shocking and sad.


The message urged the Clerk and the family to take solace in God’s decision over the affairs of the late Alhaji Salihu Aliyu.


He said “My heartfelt condolences go to Hajia Kperogi and her family on the sad incident.


“I urged deceased family to take the death of Alhaji Kperogi Aliyu with equanimity and faith, as the late retired senior nursing officer would always be remembered for his excellent contributions to public health across the state,” the statement said.


“May Allah repose the soul of deceased in Al-jannah Firdaus and comfort the family he left behind.” the governor prayed.
