Kwara Gov’s New Media Aide, Solace Bags Nelson Mandela Award, Named ECOWAS Ambassador

The Special Assistant (SA) to the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on New Media, Fafoluyi Olayinka Michael, popularly known as Solace has been honored with Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity by the West African Youth Council.

This was sequel to the SA’s diligence, resilience and commitment to the service of the state and his contribution to youth development generally.

Solace was also appointed as West Africa Youth Ambassador, as contained in an appointment letter signed by the President of West African (ECOWAS) Youth Council, Amb. Emmanuel S. William.

Reacting to this, the SA dedicated the award to the governor, thanking him for nurturing him for the challenge.

“I dedicate this to God and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq who has painstakingly nurtured me to grow under his wings” he said.
