Kwara Lawmakers Kudos Gov AbdulRazaq On Minimum Wage Implementation In 2022 Budget

Kwara State House of Assembly has today began debate on the general principles of the N189.4 billion 2022 Budget Proposal.

Leading the debate, the House Leader, Hon. Abubakar Magaji Olawoyin described this year’s budget proposal as ambitious, implementable and realistic.

According to him, the budget has 44.7 percent recurrent component and 55.3 percent for capital expenditure.

Other lawmakers in their separate contributions applauded Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for making provision for the implementation of thirty thousand naira Minimum Wage in the budget and other laudable projects in critical sector of the state.
