Friday 9th and Saturday 10th of April 2021 was another land mark achievements in the history of Alhaji Toyin Sulyman Olokoba’s family as one of their beautiful daughters, Rukayat Olokoba got married with gentle handsome man, Mallam Habeeb Issa.

The Wolinat and Nikkah ceremony was earlier held on Friday 9th of April, 2021 at the bride’s father residence in Ilorin which was witnessed by large crowd of personalities across the country.

The event which marked the beginning of a new matrimonial life of the couple will not forever be forgotten in the life of the couple and their parents.

In his sermon at the reception, an Ilorin based Islamic cleric, Ustaz Abdulsalam Olayiwola described marriage as one of pilars of Islam, pointing out that a good husband must take good care of his wife at all the times.

He disclosed that there is three type of weeding rings, pointing out that the first one may thight, second one may be lose while the third one maybe moderate in size.

He stressed that it left for the bride to choose any one that is available three for married couple, explaining that a good wife must study the likes and dislikes of her husband for her to have a rest mind in her husband family.

Ustaz Abdulsalam who is also the chief Imam of Kwara State broadcasting Station (Radio Kwara) Ilorin advised the groom to fear Allah by taking care of his wife through provision of some capital projects that need to executed according to the Holy Qur’an.

Scores of families, relations, friends, business partners, journalists, political associates, youth, women group particularly local government staff from Ilorin East local government were in attendance.

Well-wishers, clerics, traditional rulers within and outside the state witnessed the occasion include Kwara Emergency Voice (KEV), Isokan and full house of Kwara State Consultantative Elders’ Forum (Efura) among others forum.

Highlights of programmes include reading from the Holy Qur’an, Modiu Nabbiy and Hadith by some students of Arabic studies in Ilorin.

In his appreciation messages, after the ceremony, the bride father, Alhaji Toyin Sulyman Olokoba thanked God Almighty and appreciated well- wishers who contributed to the success the ceremony.

He however, described her as a good wife, mother, partner in progress and best friend.
