Construction Of Yebumot – AlHikmah University – Adeta Roundabout – Oloje Road (Dualization) Ilorin West LGA, Kwara State.
The Kwara State Government has advised the general public to disregard the comments nmaking round the town by some disgruntle elements on the-going Yebumot-AlHikmah University-Adeta Roundabout-Oloje Road project.
This was contained in a press statement signed and made available to journalists in Ilorin on Monday by the Press Secretary, Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transport, Sam Bola Onile said the comments is a fabricated lies and misleading.
The statement urged the general public to disregard the message as Kwara State Government under the leadership of Mallam AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman committed to improve on the socio-economic potential of rural and urban communities across the state.
The statement disclosed that Yebumot- AlHikmah University-Adeta Roundabout-Oloje Road is one of very important commercial road in Ilorin, adding Kwara State Government is solely and fully financing the construction of the road.
“We want to take this opportunity to inform the general public that State Ministry of works awarded the construction of dualization of the 4.779KM Yebumot- AlHikmah University-Adeta Roundabout-Oloje Road to JMK Construction Limited.
”Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s administration is committed to making the life of Kwarans better and promote ease of doing business.
“We also want to reiterate that this is purely state government project, pointing out that the projected has commenced and will be completed in 10 months. Our goal is to improve the city and make your movement better”, the statement added.
